| Dr.
Mike Kirkpatrick came to Care Animal
Hospital in the summer of 2002, shortly after graduating from
The University of Illinois' College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior
to earning his doctorate, he received a bachelor's degree
in Ecology, Ethology, and Evolution from The University
of Illinois in 1998. Dr. Kirkpatrick's professional
interests include small animal internal medicine, exotic animal
medicine, and canine reproduction. In his words, Dr.
Kirkpatrick believes "The clientele at Care Animal
Hospital are second to none. They truly appreciate the
advanced care we can provide their companions."
Dr. Kirkpatrick has two pets of his own; a gray
cat named Sancho, and Lexi, his Great Dane. Away from
work, Dr. Kirkpatrick enjoys golfing, watching Cubs baseball
and Bears football, but mostly spending time with family and
friends.
